What is InsideXO?

InsideXO is a passion-driven gaming blog and community platform founded by players, for players. We focus on indie games, honest reviews, developer insights, and spotlighting what the XO community is playing and loving.

Who runs InsideXO?

InsideXO was founded by SkullFireXO, a gaming content creator and strategist with a background in reviews, community engagement, and creative media. The site is co-led with Michael, our Community & Content Strategist, who helps amplify community voices, share early impressions, and bring remote commentary and unique style content to life.

What kind of content do you post?

We share in-depth game reviews, developer interviews, “What the XO Is Playing” monthly recaps, curated indie watchlists, dev diary updates, and more. Our tone is casual but thoughtful and meaningful, like talking games with a smart friend.

How do you choose what to feature?

We look at community buzz, unique game mechanics, dev stories, and games we’re genuinely excited about. We also listen closely to the XO community and let that guide a lot of what we dig into, we also have contact forms for game devs of any size to contact us through, where we will have a look at what they have to offer, and decide if we want to write about them

Can I suggest a game for review?

Absolutely! Drop suggestions in our Discord or use our contact form. We can’t promise we’ll get to everything, but we love hearing what’s on your radar, and we’ll always try our best to publish everything that we think is worth sharing with a wider community!

Do you work with developers or sponsors?

We’re open to working with developers, publishers, and brands whose values align with ours. Sponsored posts will always be clearly marked. We also aim to support indie creators through genuine and thoughtful coverage, not paid hype.

How can I support InsideXO?

Is the site open to contributors?
